ANGUILLA — As a result of several operations conducted throughout the island leading up to the summer festival, the Royal Anguilla Police Force on Wednesday, July 27, arrested and charged 19-year- old Kennedra Belle of North Valley for possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunitions.
The alleged offender was taken to the Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, July 28, charged with both offences where he was granted bail in the sum of EC $60,000 with one surety.
His conditions of bail are that he is to report to the police every Monday and Friday, between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm. (Curfew): to be in the confinement of his home from 7:00pm to 6:00am.
He is due back in court on Tuesday, December 6, to answer to the charges.
