Arrest in “Luna” case
Last week a report was filed at police headquarters in St. Eustatius regarding rape and indecent assault.
The case is under investigation by police officers of the Korps Politie Caribisch Nederland (KPCN). One arrest has been made in the case called “Luna.”
The suspect, Z.P. from Yugoslavia, and born in 1957, was presented today, Wednesday, June 28, before an investigative judge.
Murder suspect appears before judge
Murder suspect J.C.S.S., from Colombia, and born in 1978, was presented on Tuesday, June 27, before the investigative judge in St. Eustatius.
He is the suspect in the murder/homicide of his partner. The victim, also from Colombia, was found dead at approximately 1:00am on Sunday morning, June 25, in their home in the area of Concordia.
The investigation is called “Misty.”
