ANGUILLA – The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Friday, October 14, arrested and charged 20- year-old Kervin Benjamin of The Farrington for possession of cannabis.
Benjamin, who was found in possession of 9 dime bags or 24 grams of cannabis, was taken before the Magistrate’s Court on Monday, October 17.
He was granted bail in the sum of EC $15,000 bond with one surety and ordered by the Magistrate to keep the peace and be of good behavior.
He is due back in court on Thursday, December 1, to answer to the charge.
