The van carrying the members of the church from a weekend convention in Fort Meyers in Florida is reported to have crashed at an intersection in Glades County.

“They didn’t see that stop sign. They shot right through it,” said County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Duane Pottorff.

Lt. Gregory S. Bueno of the Highway Patrol said the van went down a “very steep embankment, and they kind of did a nosedive”.
