PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten — The Integrity Chamber hosted their first “Meet and Greet” event on Tuesday, October 18th at the Allen C. Halley Community Centre in Simpson Bay. The event began with a short presentation about the Integrity Chamber and the importance of integrity, followed by a meet and greet with members of the community and the representatives of the Integrity Chamber. The event gave the Integrity Chamber an opportunity to hear from the people of Sint Maarten.

The event was opened by the President of the Integrity Chamber, Mrs. Rian Vogels, followed by introductions by members Rafael Boasman and Hans Lodder. The director, Charna Pompier, and communication officer, Kevin James, gave the presentation. This was followed by a lively question and answer segment, after which the members and secretariat engaged with the guests over light snacks.

The Integrity Chamber enjoyed connecting with the people of Sint Maarten and looks forward to more conversations about integrity. For persons that could not make it on Tuesday, a second “Meet and Greet” event will take place on Thursday, October 20th from 7:00pm – 8:30pm at the Senior Citizens Recreational Centre in Hope Estate.
