WILLEMSTAD, Curacao — The President of the Court, Mr. Eunice Saleh has tested positive for Corona. She is now in isolation at home. The message arrived at the Common Court of Justice yesterday afternoon
Last week she was at the office for a few hours at the office of the Court in Curacao because of a meeting. Colleagues who physically attended the meeting and were in the same room as the president for more than fifteen minutes are now – in accordance with the guidelines of the GGD – in home quarantine until November 6.
These individuals are now being tested. One of them has already received the result of the PCR test and it is negative.
The foregoing has so far not affected the legal business. The people in quarantine continue to work from home and hearings continue as usual.
