SZV SIGNS CARE CONTRACT WITH SLS AND HCLS FOR LAB SERVICES

PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten — Social & Health Insurances (SZV) recently finalized the care contract signing for lab services with the St. Maarten Laboratory Services (SLS) and the Health Care Laboratory St. Maarten (HCLS). The care contract between SZV and the two laboratories expands and ensures the continuity of laboratory services to entitled ZV, OZR and FZOG insured customers.

“The care contract signing with HCLS took place on Monday May 28th, HCLS is a private medical laboratory offering medical laboratory services on Sint Maarten. HCLS is happy to now be able to serve SZV clients as well. HCLS is committed to a positive contribution in the health care sector and to the general population of Sint Maarten by utilizing its laboratory infrastructure and assurance of quality of the laboratory services to collaborate along with SZV to implement an e-health infrastructure for the benefit of Sint Maarten, says dr. Fey van der Dijs. HCLS is situated at the Orange Grove Mall at the Union Road in Cole Bay, and is open from Monday to Friday from 07:00 till 16:30 and Saturday from 0:900 till 12:00.”

To make use of laboratory services, SZV insured must present a lab request form issued by a general practitioner or specialist, a valid SZV insurance card and a valid form of identification. SZV customers are reminded to be sure to have a valid insurance card at all times. Appointments for insurance application and renewals can be requested online via www.szv.sx.
