GREAT BAY – The Common Court of Justice confirmed the verdict against Jason Jerome Johnson yesterday. Johnson was sentenced in first instance to a conditional prison sentence of 2 months with 2 years of probation and 120 hours of community service for stabbing a man on October 9, 2014 and for threatening to kill his victim.

Johnson did not appear in court for the appeal hearing on May 10; there was no attorney to represent him either. Johnson was not presented at yesterday’s sentencing hearing either.
