SIMPSON BAY, Sint Maarten — The Simpson Bay Lagoon Authority (SLAC) notifies motorists that the Causeway Bridge will be closed to motorized traffic on Sunday, October 2 for 90 minutes with respect to Tropical Shipping’s Duathlon.
The 90-minute closure will take place from 7.15am to 8.45am.
SLAC and Port St. Maarten wish all the participants in the run-bike-run race much success.
Persons en-route to the Princess Juliana International Airport to catch a flight should take the aforementioned closure into consideration and use the alternative route via the Simpson Bay Bridge.
