Health & Happiness key topic in ENNIA’s PreventNow Seminar in St. Maarten

2029

~This year, ENNIA presents the PreventNow Seminar for the first time in St. Maarten~

After three successful seminars in Curacao and two in Aruba, on Saturday October 1st ENNIA will organize this free event at the Sonesta Maho Beach Resort & Casino in St. Maarten.

A healthy person is a happy one, and it has become clear that a happy person is also healthier! This means being happy is not only important to us as an individual but from a healthcare perspective also of great social importance. Society as a whole benefits from happy people. They perform better, are more productive and have a greater personal and professional network.

During this premier edition of PreventNow St. Maarten the human side of prevention will be key for the first time, presented with the theme: Health & Happiness through Body & Mind. From 8 am till 4 pm professional speakers and specialists will shed their lights on our wellbeing.

Body & Mind

The connection between Body & Mind can no longer be denied, but how to really balance the two is often still a great challenge. Experts will guide the participants through the fascinating world of self management of Health & Happiness and will show you how to make the right connection between body and mind and find the perfect balance in your own life. Diet, Obesity and Diabetes; Inactivity, Physical Exercise and Fitness; Yoga, Meditation and Acupuncture, are all issues that affect our wellbeing and will be addressed during the seminar. Additionally a number of local businesses will present their services and products during the exhibition.

Entrance to the seminar is free but registration in advance is required. Visit ennia.com, call or drop by at the ENNIA office. You can also contact them for the seminar program and information about the speakers and their presentations.

ENNIA cordially invites everyone to join the first PreventNow Seminar in St. Maarten: Health & Happiness through Body & Mind. As seats are limited early registration is advised.
