Melinda Hoeve and Jason J. Rogers are the founding partners of Hoeve & Rogers. Besides providing legal services, the firm also offers professional accounting services via consultant Ahmed Bell of Principle Accounting & Consulting Services.

Melinda Hoeve has a Master’s degree in Law with specialization Civil Law.  Hoeve has practiced and has acquired vast experience and knowledge in Labour Law, Family Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Corporate Law, Civil Servant Law, Rental Law, and Contract Law.

Jason J. Rogers has a Master’s degree in Law with specialization in (international) Criminal Law and Criminology.  Rogers also practices Administrative Law, European Law, Labour Law, Family
