Plenary Session of Parliament scheduled for Monday regarding Integrity Chamber

PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – The House of Parliament will meet in a public plenary session on June 22nd.  The Minister of General Affairs Prime Minister Hon. Marcel Gumbs will be present for the session.

The plenary session is set for Monday at 10.00am in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.

The first agenda point is incoming documents; the second agenda point is a draft National Ordinance to establish the Integrity Chamber; and the third agenda point is a motion regarding the Social & Health Insurances (SZV).

Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.

The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.

The parliamentary session will be carried live on St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 120, via Pearl Radio FM 98.1, the audio via the Internet www.pearlfmradio.com and viawww.sxmparliament.org.
