Kralendijk – MHC is entering an important new phase of organizational development following the departure of Kathelijne van den Boogert. The recruitment and selection process for the new executive director for MHC will start shortly. Selecting a new executive is crucial for ensuring continuity and the continued development of the organization and its care services.

Anton van Mansum has been appointed as interim executive and is set to start mid-October. This temporary appointment creates the opportunity to carefully structure the recruitment of a new executive director, with the attention for the desired profile and MHC’s future challenges. Furthermore, this appointment provides the stability needed to conduct the recruitment process thoroughly, without the pressure of day-to-day management responsibilities.

Anton van Mansum has broad management experience within the healthcare sector, including mental healthcare. As interim executive, he will focus on ensuring day-to-day management continuity and supporting the organization during the transition to a new executive director.

The Supervisory Board is confident that the transition will be handled carefully and gives a warm welcome to Anton van Mansum to MHC.
