PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten (Wednesday May 23rd, 2018) — Social & Health Insurances SZV would like to invite the public and its customers to the 10th annual Lion Rudy Hoeve Health & Wellness Fair taking place Saturday May 26th at the Belair Community Centre from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. SZV staff will be present with two information stations offering general information on its services and elaboration of online self-service options via the website www.szv.sx.
“We look forward to participating and meeting our customers in a less formal setting this Saturday. It is another great opportunity to promote our self-service tools and options to the public. Over the years we have expanded our service options and have made much information readily available for our customers, we continue to promote these developments every chance we get. For example, did you know we offer customer service contact via our Facebook page? It is not new, but a great way to limit the need to call or visit our office. Our Facebook response time is 2 working days, with most inquiries being handled within 1 working day. This is the same for online contact via our website. We have lots to share and we look forward to doing so at the Fair this Saturday.”
The event is free of charge and a great opportunity for the public to familiarize themselves with some of the health care service providers on the island, take part in demonstrations, sample materials, get free health tests and more.
