Basseterre, St. Kitts, – Several sources have confirmed that a decomposing body of a male was found in a house in Tabernacle Village on Sunday.
A reliable source says the body is that of 58-year-old Roy Liburd, a known mental patient.
An autopsy is to be carried out to determine the exact cause of death.
