PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten (Wednesday May 3rd, 2017) — Social & Health Insurances SZV and the Social Insurance Bank Curacao SVB have entered into a dialogue to establish a protocol that will foster an extended collaboration between the two organizations and enable efficient information exchange with the aim of improving service to customers and stakeholders.
Both directors, Glen A. Carty of the SZV and drs. Philip Martis of the SVB Curaçao recently came together to exchange strategy and learning curves. Both entities are open and receptive to learn from each other, offering similar services and sharing a group of customers who have contributed to both of the country’s social security funds.
The protocol will support both SZV and SVB in improving communication, procedures and service quality to its customers and stakeholders on a long-term basis.
