Minister of Justice Kirindongo signs National Decrees for Immigration Officers

GREAT BAY, Sint Maarten (DCOMM)On Thursday, Minister of Justice Edson Kirindongo signed national decrees for a number of Immigration Officers who work with the country’s Immigration and Border Protection Service.

Minister Kirindongo described the signing a milestone in the careers of the officers.  Each Immigration Officer received a copy of the national decree.

Representatives of the union Police Union NAPB were also present for the occasion.  Minister Kirindongo at the signing ceremony stated that he promised the union he would work with them and this was what has been accomplished.

At the end of the ceremony, the Minister of Justice Edson Kirindongo congratulated thanked the Immigration Officers.
