PSS reinstates financial controller, Union Not having It

PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – In a emergency meeting with its workers on Wednesday the management informed its staff that Alex Richardson will be allowed to come back to work. Richardson was accused of making threatening the staff 3 weeks ago stating he will Shoot everyone at work.
With great fair the workers decided to file a complaint at the police department and gave the management of Post Services St Maarten (PSS) time to deal with the manager however nothing was done. Just last week the workers staged a protest and walked out of the job.
The management then promised quick action. To date management informed the union on Wednesday that they intend to allow Richardson back to work. The union requested the mediator to intervene. The workers are sticking to their actions that they will not work with Richardson. The mediator will contact both parties Soon.
