639 evacuated from Petite Savanne, Dubique –Some refuse to leave
DOMINICA -- Five hundred and eighteen residents were evacuated from Petite Savanne and 121 from Dubique up to August 31 but some persons are refusing to leave the communities.

DOMINICA -- Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has said that 11 persons have been confirmed dead and 21 missing as a result of Tropical Storm Erika.
