KPSM Investigates Home Invasion

SINT MAARTEN — The Police Force of Sint Maarten (KPSM) is investigating a reported home invasion that occurred this morning, Saturday, September 5, 2026.

Shortly after 10:30 a.m., Central Dispatch received several calls concerning a home invasion at a residence in the Point Pirouette area. Officers were immediately dispatched to the location.

Preliminary information indicates that the occupants of the residence were confronted by armed suspects and were subsequently robbed. The suspects are believed to have arrived and left the area by way of the lagoon.

Detectives, assisted by forensic personnel, are currently conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
At this stage, KPSM will not be releasing further details concerning the victims or the residence in order to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation.

Anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in or around the Point Pirouette area this morning, or who may have information that could assist investigators, is asked to contact KPSM at 542-2222 or anonymously through the KPSM Tip Line at 9300.

The investigation remains ongoing.
