ORANJESTAD, Sint Eustatius — On Wednesday, the 4th of March, around 11:00 AM, a 36-year-old man with the initials L.M.M. was arrested on John J. Van Putten Road on Sint Eustatius for the theft of a scooter.
The case is currently under investigation.
