ANGUILLA — The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Wednesday 28th February, 2018 arrested and charged 34 year old Gavin Gumbs of The Quarter with cultivation of Cannabis, possession of cannabis and possession of cannabis with the intent to supply.
The alleged offender who appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on Thursday 1st March, 2018 was granted bail in the sum of EC$50,000.00 with one surety.
His conditions of bail are that he surrenders all travel documents forthwith and not leave Anguilla by any means necessary, report to The Valley Police Station every Monday and Friday between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm and keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
The alleged offender is due back in court on Wednesday 2nd May, 2018 to answer to the charges.
