PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten — The men identified with initials H.H.M. and H.F.M. whom are presently in pre-trial detention for the ongoing BROCCOLI investigation, which concerns the murder of the victim Franky Brunache in Hope Estate on January 27th 2017 have been arrested on Monday February 12th 2018 for the ongoing investigation called “PALM TREE”.
On January 6th 2017 a man identify as Taheba York (31) (FB name: Taheba Samuel) and a woman identify after as Sabrina Martes (23) was murdered in their vehicle that was park in a driveway in Sucker Garden.
The BROCCOLI investigation was dealt with in a pro-forma hearing on February 14th 2018.
