Central Committee meeting of Parliament about Draft National Ordinance amending the National Ordinance Administrative Jurisdiction, on Wednesday

PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – The House of Parliament will sit in a Central Committee meeting on Wednesday, February 7, 2018.

The Central Committee meeting is scheduled for 14.00 hrs in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg. The minister of Justice will be present.

The agenda points are:

  1. Ontwerp van Landsverordening tot wijziging van de Landsverordening administratieve rechtspraak (IS/597/2014-2015 d.d. 2 april 2015) (ZJ 2014-2015-062)
  2. Advice containing proposal to retract 5 initiative national ordinances from Members of the Parliament of the former Netherlands Antilles.

Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.

The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.
