HARBOUR VIEW – On January 25, the Governor of St. Maarten drs. Eugene B. Holiday, administered the oath of office of Hasani B. Ellis as the Deputy Minister Plenipotentiary.
Governor Holiday congratulated the new Deputy Minister Plenipotentiary on his appointment, and wished him strength and wisdom in the performances of his duties representing St. Maarten in the Netherlands
