INDIGO BAY – Wednesday evening, December 7, hundreds of St. Maarteners gathered in recognition of two great works of art.

After a few years of intense teamwork, Indigo Green officially presented two of its newly completed model villas at Green Way Drive in Indigo Bay. Celebrating his 50th career anniversary Sir Roland Richardson presented an exhibit of more than 30 exquisite paintings depicting his unique impressions of St. Maarten/St. Martin, with landscapes, seascapes and abundant still-lifes, each painted “en Plein Air” on location from life.

Indigo Green offers an outstandingly beautiful environment for this exhibit, with this combination of fine design and fine art, and the enchanting view and caressing air currents from the sea.

Indigo Green is one of the newest, most elegant residential communities on the island. What sets it apart is the developers’ focus on comfort, security, convenience and the preservation of the environment.

Also with 45 years’ experience building residential communities, Indigo Green’s developer Rene Lepine is best known for the high quality that puts its homes in a category not often built on St. Maarten.

The ambiance at Green Way Drive couldn’t have been better with shining stars, the gentle sound of the waves and great view from the rooftop of Villa 34. To top off the evening, one lucky guest won the raffle of a Richardson piece of art.
