
On Tuesday July 5th, the Court has given a verdict. The employee is sentenced to a suspended prison sentence of 6 months with a probation period of 3 years, under the special condition that the suspect performs 240 hours unpaid work or community service. This employee can still appeal against the verdict within two weeks
The employee is suspended from his post since the investigation into this case effective March 4th, 2016.
