Draft Legislation Consumer Protection Agency Available Online for Public Review

GREAT BAY, Sint Maarten (DCOMM) – The Ministry of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Traffic and Telecommunications (Ministry TEATT), has made available online the draft legislation that would lead to the establishment of a Consumer Protection Agency.

The public and organizations will be able to share their comments with the Ministry after reviewing the draft legislation which will be available online for two weeks as of30 May until 13 June.
