Police investigate firearm incident


ANGUILLA — The Royal Anguilla Police Force is investigating an alleged firearm incident which occurred at The Valley Food Court also known as The Strip on Thursday 31st March 2016 shortly after 10:00pm.

Preliminary investigations at the scene suggest that a firearm was involved and may have been accidentally discharged resulting in a none life threatening wound to a young man.

As the Police continues the investigation into this matter they are appealing to members of the public who may have been in the area of The Strip and may have witnessed this shooting incident or have any information regarding this shooting to contact the Valley Police Station with such information.
