The Honorable Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Mrs. Rita Bourne-Gumbs hereby and cordially invites the General Public to a classical pan concert on the Eve of Sint Maarten/ Saint Martin’s Day.
On stage will be the Dow Musical Foundation who will entertain all in attendance for the 90 minute show.
The classical pan concert will be held at the festival village, Â and the dress code is formal or island chic. Show begins sharply at 8:30pm.
