French Quarter — A young St. Maartener, Latoya Flanders lost her life on St. Martin Thursday night.
The female victim was shot dead by unknown assailants in the district of French Quarter, Saint Martin.
The victim who is said to have received multiple gunshots, is also a resident of French Quarter.
The Gendarmes have initiated an in-depth investigation into this brutal murder
