PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten — The Police Traffic Department is has not yet finalized is investigation in connection with the fatal traffic accident which took place on April 16th 2015 on the Airport Boulevard.
The accident took place in the vicinity of Thrifty Car Rental in which the driver of a black Hummer struck a jogger with his vehicle. Just around the same time of the accident at least three other vehicles drove by the scene.
Attached are photographs taken from a security camera in the area. In these photographs there are three vehicles that drove by the scene of the accident after it had occurred.
The investigating officers of the Police Traffic Department are requesting the drivers of these vehicles to get in contact with them immediately.
The information that these drivers can provide will be very important for the investigation.
