THE NTHERLANDS — His Majesty the King received Mr. R. Duggins at Noordeinde Palace in The Hague on Wednesday morning, October 8, on his appointment as State Councilor of the Kingdom for the country of Sint Maarten.
Mr Duggins has become a member of the Advisory Division of the Council of State of the Kingdom.
State Councilor Duggins has been sworn in before the King.
